[WT-support] Comcast is now blocking download of Country files, causes Win-Test Fatal Error

If you are using "Comcast advanced security," or similar, you may see an
error next time you try to run Win-Test after attempting to update the
country file (using CTYFILES [Enter]).
The error will say:
Fatal error : application will stop
Error in file C:\ProgramData\Win-Test\countryFiles\CTY_WT_MOD.DAT in line 1.
If you look at the file, you will see HTML code instead of country data.
Renaming the file to .html and opening it with a browser displays (in
multiple languages):
This site could be risky
> Advanced Security blocked access to
> This site might compromise your device or contain high-risk content.
> To avoid these risks, we recommend avoiding this site.
I contacted Comcast to report a false positive about this, but they denied
my request. (so far).
Is Win-Test code using the old http:// or the new https:// prefix to fetch
the file? The security certificate appears to be valid.
Apparently, some anti-virus programs have flagged the site because it
thinks some files (no idea which ones) contain a virus? See this report:
