[WT-support] IARU HF Championship 2026 - multiplier list of HQ stations

An updated HQ Prefill file for 2026 compatible with various contest loggers
is now available for download as "itu.zip" from this short link:

Instructions for installing and testing the HQ prefill file for each
contest logger is in the file named Readme.txt inside the Zip.  In brief,
as of this update, if you enter 3V8HQ in your logger, and it doesn't
prefill ARAT, then your HQ prefill file is out of date.

I will continue to update these HQ prefill files, and the test callsign,
whenever new HQ station callsign is added to the master list maintained by
Joe, OZ0J.

Please send HQ station updates to contest at oz0j.dk (not me) and I will
continuously update the HQ prefill files from Joe's master list, until
shortly before the contest starts.
