[WT-support] doubled DX spots in local network

Bob, in my opinion, network in subnet 10.10.10.0/28 means 
10.10.10.2-10.10.10.14 for hosts, 10.10.10.1 for gateway and 10.10.10.15 
for broadcast. 10.10.10.255 is valid for whole C range, which means 
10.10.10.0/24. Do you mean WT is not supporting IP subnets ?
