[WT-support] doubled DX spots in local network

Bob, no LAN cable connected. Two Dell notebooks are used. Just only
single Wifi adapter is used for WLAN. Both connected to single and same
AP. Ocourse, WtDxTelnet is runnnig everytime on single PC. Doesnt matter
on which PC is WtDxTelnet running. On this PC spots are OK. On second PC
are doubled spots.
IP network is 10.10.10.0/28, broadcast 10.10.10.15
