[WT-support] Empty Standard CW Messages dialog

Hello Larry,

I have just been back at the club station to try this fix.

I should have noted this is a WinXP. That folder does not exist.
I have located msflxgrd.ocx on a working machine in c:\windows\system32.
Also, it is present on the machine in question.

For good measure I have downloaded it and replaced the existing file.

on XP, that would be regsvr32. The process completed with a dialog box
saying everything was properly registered.

alas, even after a reboot, WT still doesnt show that dialog...
