Wow... The minimum requirement for Win-Test is Win7 since several years 
now, but it is normally not related to this "grid" issue.

The latest supported version on WinXP was 4.41.0

Perhaps you could try installing this version 4.41.0, check whether it 
works, and if so, update to the current version. However, I can't 
guarantee anything.

To give yourself the best chance of success, install as "run as admin" 
(if it exists on XP - I can't remember).
