msflxgrd.ocx is probably not installed or registered.

0/ Quit WT.

1/ Check in your C:\Windows\SysWow64 folder if it is present.

2/ If not download it from http://download.win-test.com/lib/msflxgrd.ocx

3/ Register it by with

regsvr "complete_path\to\msflxgrd.ocx"

You may need an elevated command line to succeed.

4/ Restart WT.
