[WT-support] Empty Standard CW Messages dialog

Hello Larry,

we have the problem -- on only one PC -- that the Standard CW Messages
dialog is empty, as in the Message and Option _tabs_ are visible, the
Messages tab is completely background gray, the Options tab is OK.
The load, save, OK, Cancel buttons are visible.

I have tried removing, and reinstalling win-test, but the problem
persists. You wouldn't have an idea what could be wrong?
