Rightly or wrongly (please let's not debate the rules here), you will soon
be allowed to "self-spot" in ARRL contests in some categories.

"New rules go into effect in June for all ARRL HF Contests. Starting with
the ARRL International Digital Contest, the use of online and other
non-amateur radio platforms including -- but not limited to -- social
media, live video streaming, and internet chat rooms will be permitted in
all categories that allow assistance (Unlimited). In all Unlimited and
Multioperator categories, the prohibitions against self-spotting and asking
another station to spot you will also be removed."

In the past, Win-Test would immediately close every networked instance of
Win-Test on the LAN if any position tried to self-spot using Alt-T.

Does it still do that? I guess it should stop doing that.
