[WT-support] CQ WPX 2022 scoring rules

Hi

As you probably know, the CQ directors will apply for the coming CQ WPX 
exceptional rules for scoring. See

for details.

I pushed a dev version (build #888 or better) that will apply these 
scoring rules. For the record, it's currently restricted to QSO logged 
in 2022 to not alter scoring of the previous CQ WPX logs you could open.

Reminders :

- Dev/nightly versions directory : 
http://download.win-test.com/v4/nightly/ (your identifiers are required)
- wt_dev.exe is *not* an installer. Put it in your current Win-Test 
directory and launch it from there. Do not delete your current 
"official" wt.exe file.
- The dev versions are only available in English.
