[WT-support] Win11 and Win-Test v 4.42

On many laptops you have to press *Fn* to switch the top row of keys to be
function keys rather than Windows keys. There's also a BIOS setting to turn
that on by default, in most cases.

Look up the specific model number you have and search for "function keys"
using Google.

Do any of the other function keys like F4 work? Or Shift+ F1?
