[WT-support] NRAU Baltic

I am just amazed by the NRAU Baltic organizing committee.

They just updated their website so the LA multipliers VF and VG are correct
and in
line with the information sent earlier this year.

But at the same time they changed RO to RL so now they are still wrong,
but in a new way.
