[WT-support] NRAU Baltic

Kris ES7GM just told me to ignore his information about HO.

His information was not from the committee but picked up on the rules
web page, which does not agree with the official information sent out
earlier this year.

The information on the NRRL web page is clearly wrong since there are
duplicates
of the VK and VE multipliers.

I think Larry's advice to wait and let the committee get their act together
is good.
