[WT-support] Support for more contest

Hi to all.

	
When can to have more support for contest in Wintest? There are many
contest, mainly important RTTY contest don´t have support like BARTG, ARRL
DX RTTY, etc. In this reflector more people asked about the same question
but never read any reply about that.

At the moment there is no way to add any contest by the user. An idea can be
that any user create the file for the contest and author revised that file.
Is other option to add more contest support to Wintest.
