The Win-Test protocol specifications are not public. Mostly because they 
can evolve from version to version, according to our needs and technical 
requirements to allow improvements, and to ensure the stability of Win-Test.

We only specify the summary frames to allow third parties softwares to 
be written for real-time score boards.
