[WT-support] Icom IC-9700 under Linux/Wine

Hi Bob,

many thanks for that hints, we'll try that settings.

There is one difference we forgot to mention:
The 9700 we're use at GHz stations (because of the 23cm built in), there we
need band changes during the contest.

The 705 usually doesn't need to change the band because it is used at fixed
2m or 70cm stations without any band changes during contest.

Maybe in May we'll use one of the 705 in a GHz multiband transverter setup
with different IF's and a band changes switching logic via Win-Test and
RS485 during the contest. So we'll need to test that well before.

Do you have any idea if it's possible to use Lua to send RS485 commands via
a serial interface? If not I will use Win-Test broadcast messages for
reading the band info, it should be work fine too.
