 Hello,

The EUHF Contest rules have been recently amended and now include the
following rule:

Self-spotting is permitted in all categories.
i. Self-spotting is defined as the submission of a participant’s own
contest callsign and/or operating
frequency to any public QSO alerting system. Using any callsign or account
other than the
participant’s official contest callsign for self-spotting is forbidden.
Violations are subject to the
penalties outlined in Rule 14.b.

unqt
--

The current Win-Test version does not accept this new rule. In an attempt
to self-spot the application returns with the message * Self-spotting is
strongly discouraged contest ethics *and closes itself down.

Please modify the EUHF module so that it would allow self-spotting.
