As with other contests:

Options / data files / Exchanges database...

This will download the latest database from the Win-Test repo for the 
contest in progress.

Once installed, to "prefill", hit the spacebar or Tools / Data entry / 
Exchange guessing / Automatically to fill "on the fly".

Actually, no one from RSGB informed us about this new rule.

I implemented it in a rush after receiving a phone call from a 
participant just five minutes before the contest started (!), and made 
available a development version. Sorry, but I couldn't do any better...
