If you're using one computer only (= you don't have a LAN of Win-Test), 
use 127.255.255.255 / 9871 on wtDxTelnet and Win-Test :

If your computer is part of a Win-Test LAN, or if wtDxTelnet runs on a 
different computer, use the broadcast address of your LAN :

In both cases, the broadcast address (and the port number) must be the 
same in Win-Test and wtDxTelnet.
