[WT-support] Scrolling dx-spots with control keys setting

Hi Laurent,

that is a nice feature I did not know about. At home I usually use the Kenwood radios and they don 't bother about running through the spots holding the CTRL-UP and DOWN . Unfortunately the K3 can 't manage these VFO changes 20 times per second.
