[WT-support] Voice keyer feature

Hi Bob!
I'm using a TS-590SG.
I made the .WAV-file with an USB-headset using shift + F1, so it's already
in the right place.
Swapped to PTT via RTS, still not working (CW from Win-Test works fine
though).
