Unfortunately (!) not :-(

BTW, does it happen with other dialogs with the same "kind" of window, 
or only this specific one ?

Please try for example the Scripts manager dialog (Tools / Scripts 
manager...), Automatic CQ repeat (Tools / Automatic CQ repeats...), or 
Automatic backup (Options / Automatic backup...) and report.
