[WT-support] Colour changes on one machine are pushed to other machines on the network

It's not a bug, it's a feature ;-)

This way, you can tell the RUN stn that if they see callsigns of color 
"X" in the stack of the partner window, they come from your stn. it's 
especially useful if you have multiple partners for a given RUN stn, 
which is very common in HQ setups. Of course, you have to accommodate 
the background color if you don't use the default one (or if it's 
different).
