[WT-support] SO2R switching using *

Bob - I've found the issue. I had noticed that there are two options in my
drop-down in the config tab. One for MK2R/MK2R+/u2R  the other for
MK/MK2/MK3. I switched to the MK/MK2 etc and then back again and it started
working!  Weird .
