   1. Type SCRIPTS [Enter] in the logging window. If you see any scripts
assigned to the [*] key or to [Ctrl-S], highlight, click [Properties], then
   [Delete], and [OK]
   2. Type DEFINEKEYS [Enter] in the logging window. If you see an entry
for the [*] key, or for [Ctrl-S], highlight, click [Delete] and [OK].

Do [Ctrl-S] and [*] work properly now?

If not, make sure that Operating, Technique, Advanced SO2R is checked.
Make sure the "AUTO" LED is lit in both the RX and TX sections of the
MK2R+ box.

If you still have no luck, please send me screen shots of everything:
Win-Test SETUP, COM port settings, Router program (all relevant tabs).
Press Alt-PrintScreen to copy the active window to the Windows clipboard,
then paste into the email program.

Bob, N6TV
