[WT-support] Intelligent Quick QSL and ESM mode

Thanks Bob, you have hit the nail on the head. As suggested I have 
renamed the ESM.wts script in the scripts folder and it works as 
expected now.
I had noticed it there previously but since it wasn't assigned to any 
keys, I assumed it was dormant.
