[WT-support] WAEDC contest CTRL -L Question

First time user of WT for WAE.

Question: How do you actually send a QTC (SSB).

What do I do when I go to CTRL-L window?

Do I give out the QTC info and then hit "validate" and then the QTCs and logged to the station I send them too?  Win-Test WIKI not very helpful as it really doesn't explain this.

Just playing in the WAE SSB a bit.
