[WT-support] ARRL DX

Labrabor and Newfoundland are two different multipliers. LAB and LB works
ok default. For some reason you have to add NF NF to make it work for
Newfoundland. So these two lines are needed.

NL   NF
NF   NF

Delete the NL LB line.
