Correction, the entries should be:

PE   PEI
NL   LB
LAB  LB

Then the mults will be counted correctly.

It helps to right click on the mults window (Alt-Z), then select Display
Options -> Marks (check this).  Then you can see the "standard"
abbreviations that Win-Test expects for each prefix.

Note:  Win-Test may automatically fill in "PEI" when you log a VY2, but if
you change that to "PE" in the received exchange field, the Cabrillo file
will be correct (though chances are the ARRL will accept either PE or PEI
in the Cabrillo file).
