[WT-support] WKUSB problem version 22

There is not enough detail to diagnose the apparent configuration problem.

It's sounds like the Win-Test PTT line is mixed up with the CW output.

If you can't figure it out, please send screen shots of your Win-Test SETUP
and microHAM ports dialogs.
