Hmmm

I run MMTTY and Win-Test and MMTTY with Logger 32
I have a microham USK microkeyer II

I have FSK1 on COM4 and FSK2 (sub VFO) on COM 5
without any problem whatsoever.

whatever interface you are running, I'd ditch the software and then
re-load it and see what happens.
MMTTY and Wintest are very stable here - just did 1600 QSOs in WPX

PS I run the full version of MMTTY
2 copies in different Folders

Men are like fine wine. They start out
as grapes, and it's up to women
to stomp the crap out of them until
they turn into something acceptable
to have dinner with!
