[WT-support] RTTY Contest support

I used Wintest for WPX RTTY at the weekend and it worked flawlessly.   I 
made almost 900 QSOs in around 17 hours working a few hours here and 
there.    I believe it is not scored correctly (yet) but congratulations 
to Olivier  and Larry for a very fb piece of software.....
