The EU_HF.DTB and EU_HF.* (where * in DTA, SCP or DTB) are reserved for 
the EU HF championship, organized by the Slovania contest club 
(http://lea.hamradio.si/~scc/euhfcrules.txt).

The EU_HF.DTB will be used, if present, to guess exchange (the last two 
digits of the year of operator's first official amateur radio license). 
And, if present, EU_HF.* (where * in DTA, SCP or DTB) will be used for 
checkPartial/N+1 (with all the usual derivatives by band / mode if 
wanted). It means that you can have (as usual) different files for 
exchange guessing and checkPartial/N+1. Or not. You decide.
