[WT-support] EZM WinKey Problem Fixed

Resolved WinKey problem by downloading old firmware V1.33 (which fixed 
WinKey but had other CW keying problems) and then downloaded original 
firmware V1.40 to replace V1.33. 

Note:  WinKey did not work with firmware versions 1.35, 1.37 or 1.40.  
WinKey did work with firmware V1.33.  Once V1.40 was re-installed 
WinKey continued to work and other CW keying problems encountered with 
V1.33 were resolved.
