No - I'd say its not normal for them to be supprerssed. Are you sure your still not using your CW memories. Have you set up specific RTTY memories? or am I talking rot?

Subject: [WT-support] RTTY config issue
I'm not sure if this is a user problem (me!), a Win-Test problem, or just working 'as designed'.
I normally work in CW with No 'Leading Zeros' selected in the CW Serial Number menu option.
I have recently started using RTTY (a user problem); when I send the F2 message (599 $SERIAL) there are no leading zeros on the exchange.
I am no diddle-diddle expert, but is supressing the leading zeros normal in RTTY? Should the suppression of leading zeros in CW also supress them in RTTY ?? Or should RTTY always default to having 'Leading Zeros'.
Thanks,
John G4IRN.
