You need a DTB file for that.

Today, there is no specific public EU Sprint database available.

Sure you can ! Its name must be EUSPRINT.DTB.

You can also create it empty (ie creating a empty file with notepad or 
whatever). And fill it with the Update Database command.

I can also do it and make it public. Please send me your text file by 
private email. Allow me few minutes / hours / days to build it depending 
on my spare time / mood / etc. ;-)  Once done, I will inform and make it 
available on our repository.
