Let's get back to fundamental basics

- Download the last version setup package 
(http://download.win-test.com/wt-2.2.0.exe)
- Reinstall it in your current installation directory
- Delete the wt.ini file (in the Win-Test directory)
- Start WT
- Create a new file (File / New)
- At this point, the contest settings dialog should appear
- Fill it and OK
- At this point, you should have 2 or 3 child opened windows, and can 
enter callsigns etc...
