That could be the point... ;-)

The 'Load contest at startup' means that WT will reload the last opened 
contest at startup. But, as you never opened a contest before, WT is lost...

So, please try this :

- Start WT
- When the contest settings dialog appears, hit 'Cancel'
- Disable the Options / Load contest at startup item
- Quit WT (not sure it's really needed, but...)
- Restart it
- Do a File/New
- Name the Win-Test file (the extension .wtb is not mandatory).
- Fill up the contest settings
- Hit OK
- It should work, now...
- If so, you can now safely enable the 'Load contest at startup' item

We'll check that point for the next release.
