[WT-support] How do I get Win-Test to recognize the correct ARRL Sections for Field Day?

Yes, this is the new section multiplier list used for these three ARRL
Contests (FD, SS, ARRL160).  For future reference, you may use:

https://contests.arrl.org/contestmultipliers.php?a=wve

Note that ND and NE in the K0 section should be listed in alphabetical
order by abbreviation (they are currently reversed).

Similarly, the display order in the K4 section should be ... SFL TN VA WCF
(currently ... SFL WCF TN VA).  Listing P4 and VI at the end of the K4
section is fine, no change.

Same as last year, "Class D may work all Field Day Stations" (no change).
