Larry,
System Error and Cannot find come from WinTest and the other failure comes
from running the link for updating .

System error - The program can't start because MSZCP140.dll is missing from

Cannot find 'wtScpSubmit.dll' message as well

The freeze issue that appeared randomly when stopping the recording, or when
a file rotation was in progress is now fixed.

A dev version including the fix is available in the nightly directory (usual
credentials required).

The audio device on-the-fly unplug or the broken file link are different
issues that are not processed yet.

I have an old laptop which I want to use if I go out portable. It is
presently on 4-35-0 and that works fine. I tried to upgrade it to 4-48-0 but
it fails saying it is missing files?

So does the later versions run on Windows 7 or should the laptop be on
Windows 10. Not sure if the laptop is capable of Windows 10.

As you don't indicate what are those "missing files", it's kinda hard to
solve your issue.
