[WT-support] Win-Test Error pop up in PstRotator

Hi!

Since the newest update of Win-Test I get a "Win-Test Error" pop up when
choosing Tracking under mode in PstRotator.
I'm using two instances (2 rotators), one of them works the other one
doesn't.

Version 15.14 (just updated to the newest) on both instances.
Win-Test 4.60.0

Using the same settings as before, all things look fine.
Anyone else facing the same issue?
