[WT-support] DVK and PTT

Hi All,

Trying to set the PTT handling for DVK using the "USB Audio codec" comes 
with
FTDX-101D USB CAT control.

If I use the MIC circuit PTT or on the PTT on the rear the DVK audio 
does not
come through.

I need to push the MOX button on the front panel manually to be able to 
transmit
the DVK msg.

Is there any configuration which takes care this PTT via MOX?
