I think there's a misunderstanding.

WT calls the script named onBandChange.wts, but doesn't call any 
specific function. Furthermore, as noted in the documentation, the wtArg 
variable contains the string “BandName/RadioId,” where “BandName” is the 
‘new’ band and “RadioId” is the ID of the radio (0 or 1) that switched 
bands.
