[WT-support] WT TELNET

Bob - thanks. I am using the correct port numbers (and the ones that
provide a good connection using the DXLog and L32 telnet apps). For VE7CC I
use 23 and other sites  use 7373 or 7300. If I telnet to the sites from the
cmd prompt, again I use those port numbers and it works fine. It seems to
be something related to the specifics of the WT telnet app and Windows, but
I can’t see what.
