[WT-support] WT TELNET

I have a problem with the WT Telnet applet. It has worked fine for years,
but now it will not connect to any of the cluster sites. I have checked the
firewall settings and it is an "accepted" app. My other Telnet apps (DXlog
and Logger 32) work normally. I have done a clean install of the latest WT,
which made no difference. To be certain, I then used the command prompt
with the telnet command to connect to one of the cluster sites and that
worked OK.

I think I must be overlooking something, but I can't work out what.  Does
anyone have any suggestions?
