Win-Test version 4.59.0 is now available for download:

- Interfaces dialog : The subnet mask is now used to set the default
   broadcast address. Tnx N6TV.

- Canada Day and Canada Winter : Self-spot permitted for M/ and assisted
   categories. Tnx VE3JM.

- Canada Day and Canada Winter : Cabrillo file format updated to v3.

- REF 160 : Rules updated. Tnx F4CIB.

- Bugfix : When turning the antenna with an Azimuth in the callsign
   field (Ctrl+F12), the network frame was sent twice in a row.

- PACC contest : M/2 processing (trailing indicator in the Cabrillo
   ouput file and Alt-Y action) added to PA stations. Tnx PC2A.

- EU DX contest : EU.DAT improved to automatically fill in the region
   when possible, based on DXCC entity, prefix, or call area.

- UBA Contests : Cabrillo file format updated to v3. Tnx DL7YS.

- Bugfix : Under some circumstances, NAQP LCR "Not In Log" errors were
   not displayed in the report. Tnx N6TV.
