 From what I understand about MRP40, it is not linked to external 
software at all. So you will still need to copy the decoding into Win-Test.

As for transmission, Win-Test can handle CW and PTT via a COM port 
(virtual if a USB interface is used). Of course, you will need to 
disable it in MRP40. I think that's what you're talking about ?
