It's an oversight.

In fact, the M/2 category is only accessible for PA stations (not for DX 
stations). That's why it was overlooked. I'll build a dev version that 
fixes this. In the meantime, you can send me your .wt4 file privately 
and I'll send you the Cabrillo file with the trailing 0/1 indicators.
