I just tried on my Win11 box and it works (famous words).

I use the Fraunhofer codec, enabled with the "fraunhofer fix" 
https://download.win-test.com/utils/fraunhofer_codec_fix.zip  - Ensure 
you run the fix in an administrator command line.
