[WT-support] Mmvari and Wintest.

I currently use mmtty with wintest for datamodes contesting. Because it uses the mmtty engine is it possible to use mmvari with wintest or not as last night mmtty wouldn't decode the received signals but gritty fortunately did transmission wasn't affected 73 de Andrew G0HSA Sent from my Galaxy
